When putting right beside 3gs on Digi network, 3gs just work with no flaw...

Had a friend who bought the Maxis iphone last friday during launch. They cut her SIM card from the regular SIM to the micro SIM to fit the iphone. after which, she was experiencing intermittent / unstable line... dropped calls, unable to send sms, etc... got it from SOHO KL at the launch, and till now the line still stuck:

Went back to the service centre and found out that part of the chip on the SIM card was accidentally cut off when the gut cut from regular SIM to micro SIM. She got a change of SIM card and it has been working flawlessly ever since.
Perhaps your problem might be similar to the above and you get your SIM card checked... just my 2 sen...
