For the i88 plan, once after the 2 years contract is over, does it revert from rm55 to rm83?
Also, how much does it cost to break the contract?

So looks like once the plan savings is over after the 2 years contract, the monthly will go from 55 to 83. That means Maxis will be cheaper after that unless sign up for another plan/contract.

I just came back from the Digi store at SohoKL.
To terminate contract early is a rm400 penalty. For porting in number, say from Maxis to Digi will take an average 48hrs, depending on how fast the line is released. There's already an estimated queue number of 400 already for the SohoKL center. |

QUOTE(jenn26 @ Dec 15 2011, 05:33 PM) Nope no one there. I suspect its those VIP fellas that can pre-book or gotten an invite to buy the phone first. When I asked if can get queue number, they ask me to come back tonight but there's already a wait list of 400 I didnt ask him further on how to get on the wait list. |

More info on the termination fee. Copy paste from their website.
As a loyalty reward, you only need to pay RM150 to switch to a new iDiGi contract as you have served more than 12 months of your existing iDiGi contract. Other iDiGi customers who have served 12 months or less will be charged RM400. So basically if you break contract to run to other telco, charge 400. If upgrade to different plan (say jump to smart plan or etc) within 1 year charge 400. If more than 1 year, charge 150. |
