To people who are having problem with No Service or too long porting time, go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Worked for me. The digi guy told me my porting from Easy Prepaid to iDiGi will only take 1 hour but it took 9 hours still No Service so I did that and voila, on DiGi 3G now. Give it a try.

prepaid to idigi! they say i keep the phone and wait for conversion, they use prepaid untill canot call then conversion complete. after more than 24 hours i still can call using prepaid..... so i reset netowrk setting on iphone and now prepaid canot call due to no coverage and iphone 4s says no serve 

using the Online customer service n asking them Y U NO now :/
i hope my conversion from supp-line to main line then took the idigi package doesnt effect the speed of the process

(7:38:36 pm)  DiGi CS:  Kindly note that in past two days we were having an upgrade activity due to which the conversions to postpaid iDigi packages were suspended. Your line will be changed to iDiGi package by tomorrow.

alrite.. have to wait again  is the conversion matter indeed
