Maybe you haven enable 3G on your phone? haha..
Serdang is quite ok line too, although 3-4 bars only but still can get 0.8mb.
Seremban 3G is perfect!
I usually travel around.

Yup, have to agree 3G in Sban have improved a lot this year. Not full bar everywhere but speeds are still consistent. I have a friend who stays in Kajang and is cursing digi on a daily basis. Still don't understand about why such a high density area and so poor coverage.

Cheap plan, cheap line? Well, thats life. Maxis is far superior but can tahan bill shock or not? No such thing as a perfect telco. Well, like what's been mentioned before, do homework first before committing to any line. Get a friend with that line to go to your most common location (ie home, office or campus) and see their phone signal strength. At least that way no shock after signing up and if signing contract, even more important to do some research before commiting.

just curious where does the members who complain no signal, impossible to get a call, etc live? i was traveling inland of negeri sembilan a few days ago from PD to siliau (hokkien people dont laugh, this place does exist) to rantau, between the kampung and small town areas i do admit the signal is barely there but does everyone who complain of such bad coverage in facebook and this forum stay in places like those really small towns? just curious...

Could be the antennagate problem. Get a bumper and try to see if it solves the problem.

Patience, if this helps you to regain back better coverage, then I'm sure you will forget this wait once the line is better on your phone.

By the way, I do agree the iPhone can also be a culprit when it comes to signal. Experienced it last night. Was using my phone side by side with my friend's 3GS. Both phones had 3G on but my friend's phone showed only edge. Weird. And I was using my phone without any bumper or casing.

Just want to share my experience after using almost one full month of idigi. I had mydatausage app on my phone and it shows used 800+mb of data but digi already sent me a notification I have reached 1gb. Now I understand why some people say it's furstrating how telcos are not transparent enought in counting our data usage. Well my speed has been throttled down to 128, still ok. Only difference is YouTube takes a slightly longer time to load but it's not the end of the world.

Overall I'm glad there is no bill shock and looking forward to more better coverage coming soon.

Yup, oh well, as there is no extra charge, im not too concerned about it. Throttled down speed is fine with me. Just two more days until my next billing cycle.

I think most fastest way to solve iPhone signal problem is use bumper. I'm using one and so far ok for me, although I do admit 3G signal inside buildings is weak but then again, this is digi after all. Lots of patience required when long term friend with the yellow man :-)

Guys, I would like to know if anyone has been experiencing constant calls unable to get through problem. I'm getting a lot of feedback from my friends that when they call me, it goes directly into voicemail. I have my phone on 24/7 & there is always signal but this "unable to reach the number you have called" problem is driving me crazy. Heck, at times even SMS sent to me can't go through.

Would like to seek some advice from fellow idigi users, I'm on the 58 plan and my monthly bill comes to about RM90 per month. I asked digi if I upgrade how much my new monthly commitment will be and they told me it's RM108 per month. Is upgrading a good idea for me?

For users on 58 plan, if upgrade to 88 plan will be 108 per month, I did check on thier terms and conditions. Oh well since i might be using my phone to tether to other devices soon, guess 108 per month for the 3gb data and 450 minutes calls should be ok.

Its only short term, folks. Better than nothing i guess... after that bye bye digi :-)
