I bought an Iphone4 white last week, and today after I awake i was playing the games I realized that there's no sounds. I tried to play some song, the timing is ongoing but no sounds at all. All notification with no sounds.

There's question here, if I sent it back to DIGI centre, they will send my phone to repair or directly change a new iphone4 to me? If there sending my phone to claim it, then I need to pay the monthly charge also?
