It looks like it's the phone problem..now...both iphone 4 and 3G is on the table..both using digi..guess what! the 4 has no line at all and whereas the 3G has a steady 3-4 bars.

sigh...after work..i'll drop by apple shop to get the bumper to see if it helps. Need to exhaust all possibilities before i return the phone for replacement.

cry.gif cry.gif cry.gif cry.gif

I'm quite loyal to digi..i never experienced any prob with them until recently..and in my area (wangsa Maju)..their 3G is good too.

ok..definitely phone problem...my colleague's sim card (maxis) in my phone..searching for line....still trying to detect the list of carriers

My sim card in her phone normal 3 bars...and can locate the list of carriers which includes digi..

I took photos so that i can show as proof to celcom that my digi line is no prob tongue.gif knowing that they may blame the telco provider tongue.gif

WHat problem you are facing? Tell you what, just send in for warranty claim if you think that the battery life is unbearable. Try no harm rite?

@ whoopa
How often, but i will say for sure you will get a replacement unit. Is the problem below somehow close to yours?

Hey guys, my 3GS is having auto shutdown problems. Sometimes it will shut off with 30% charge and ask me to plug it in otherwise cannot boot. Almost 1 year old already and if I'm not mistaken iPhone warranty is only 1 year right?

What's the procedure to claim warranty from Digi? How long will it take?
