i just terminate this credit card as not much benefit compared to other bank

I already have maybank 2 card and ocbc titanium upon applying UOB One...i apply UOB just for the sake of making 0% BT for 6 month...now, the 6 month period is already over...

The govt tax charge immediately after the card approved, but after 2 months after that, the bank give rm50 cashback...i think that promo is still on for new cardmember

I think the anniversary of the govt tax would be one year after the last gst imposed...that's what happened to my ocbc and maybank 2 cards

Totally agreed with ExplorerII, it will due on July/Aug next year...however, try to confirm with the bank, who knows when the banks realised that most cardmembers tend to cancel the card before the gst imposed , they will play dirty trick, charged 2 months before the expiry...just in case : biggrin.gif

got the offer from UOB i.e rm100 cash rebate and 0% BT for 6 months...the rebate will be credited after 3 months from the first usage...still considering the offer...what do you think guys?

i used to have UOB One ...previously, the cash rebate for petrol up to rm20...however, UOB have reduce it to rm15 max per month...i just terminate the card today..

from the statement i got back in June...i normally got max rm20 for petrol...however, UOB reduce to ceiling to rm15 now...not sure since when they did this...i think june..

what i meant was for Petrol category as I always pump in rm500 to rm600 per month...better use other cc which don't cap the rebate under petrol... sad.gif

not all bank cap rebate for petrol for example ocbc and mbb2amex..but of course the total rebate cap at rm50...currently using 4 cc..
