haha, since when?

Because i applied my Smile Card at Esso or Petron station. Very user friendly. Thats why i asking here whether e-card also can apply with the same method. I wanna migrate to esso or BP, because my shell pumping volume gauge always different. Besides, bonuslink points no more generous as last time.
