QUOTE(Titan_Gunners @ Sep 13 2012, 07:15 PM) Correction, only bhp having 5% smart cash + 5% cashback. Other petrol station only 5% cashback but no smart cash. i think what Pink Spider is saying is that all petrol purchases at BHP gets smart$ and its only 2% smart$ not 5%.

do check with your next statement first before you say there is no smart ca$h. if you are worried, just swipe all your transactions inside the counter until others help confirm.
i can't recall fully but i think (bhp + e-card): 1. swipe at counter (use UOB terminal) = receipt show smarh ca$h balance, but since this payment is considered pre-payment, e-card points not shown 2. swipe at pump (not UOB terminal) = receipt does not show smart ca$h but your next statement should show, e-card points earned will show in receipt

UOB is strict in that sense. You must request your online account pin via ATM or visit their branch/write in to obtain it. Normally the pin you receive via mail is for credit card ATM withdrawal or phone banking for other credit card. Not internet banking. So no need to get upset with UOB but I agree they are quite troublesome
