2% one time charge. e.g: You convert a RM2000 purchase. Let say you convert it into 12-month repayment, so you will pay RM2000 + 2% (RM40) = RM170/month

Correct. No need to call immediately, can call after your purchase appear on the unbilled transactions.
Last time there's a different rates for 6/12/15/etc so you'd better confirm this with the CS again biggrin.gif
