Recently seems to be a change in call centre procedure,
I selected card enquries > speak to CS officer > fees & charges Both weekend and Monday morning ended up I have to key in my card n contact number and they call me back |

It seems that there's no more automatic waiver of Annual Fee (not GST).
Last time u swipe x no. of times a year and/or spend min. RMx a year u get automatic waiver, but now no more. |
