To be fair, banks are not obliged to waive the GST or the Annual Fee (unless you meet a certain terms).

was pissed of by UOB for not:
1. waive rm50 tax
2.  worst still, don't want to waive the annual fee
I am using the Plat Cash Bak.
Anyone have better luck?

just tell them to cancel it, 1 week later their cancellation dept will call you back to confirm the cancellation, you may get something from them.

1. Tax cannot be waived. it can only be refunded. some banks offer to reimburse if you meet certain criteria.
2. annual fee can be easily waive if you know how to do it.. brows.gif

btw, for one card, the petrol capping is revised from RM400 to RM300/month for classic one card, and RM600 to RM500/month for plat one card. kindly take note.

i paid for petrol around RM550, last month, but only received rebates of RM25.
So I guess yes, they changed the limit from 600 to 500 already. (UOB Plat One Card user).

I think this is unfair to the users, they changed it without informing the users via SMS/Email... mad.gif

I subscribed the Statement services, but I found difficulty in getting the eStatement. How come every time shows me "statement not found" huh??
I can only view in 'account summary' & 'unbilled transaction' only..

Anyone same problem too?

I have RM44.00 credit balance (in my favour).
Supposedly it should be deducted my total balance due.
But they have note, "Credit balance do not automatically offset total balance payable."

Will it be deducted on my next statement?
Please help if you guys have any ideas.

"Credit Balance do not automatically offset total balance payable" Which means, If You Have Outstanding Balance, You CAN NOT Simply Ask the Bank to Waive, Offset or Cancel the Outstanding (Debts) for You, U kena Bayar What You Hutang to Bank... laugh.gif

If Your Account have Credit Inside, they Auto Deducted from there & It will Show in Your Next Statement

I found mine under Banking & Accounts > eStatement > Viewing - Credit Card. I think you're looking under Account Summary > Credit Card? That's where I go to see my unbilled transactions.

Oh wait, I think I encountered before. It says not available or something like that right? I tried again after half an hour and I could see it after that.

thanks.
an UOB agent told me UOB Vox rebate will reduce from 5% to 0.5% effective from 01-Aug-2013.
but i checked from UOB website still stated 5% rebate.

Confirm info on VOX.
Online still get 5%, no change on this.
They only change the rebate on the rebate calculation table that you spend on a monthly basis. This rebate is on top of the one you get from online.
