i paid for petrol around RM550, last month, but only received rebates of RM25.
So I guess yes, they changed the limit from 600 to 500 already. (UOB Plat One Card user). I think this is unfair to the users, they changed it without informing the users via SMS/Email... |

I have RM44.00 credit balance (in my favour).
Supposedly it should be deducted my total balance due. But they have note, "Credit balance do not automatically offset total balance payable." Will it be deducted on my next statement? Please help if you guys have any ideas. |

QUOTE(hooi1983 @ Aug 6 2013, 03:34 PM) thanks. Confirm info on VOX.an UOB agent told me UOB Vox rebate will reduce from 5% to 0.5% effective from 01-Aug-2013. but i checked from UOB website still stated 5% rebate. Online still get 5%, no change on this. They only change the rebate on the rebate calculation table that you spend on a monthly basis. This rebate is on top of the one you get from online. |
