i'm holding cimb mastercard now, my basic salary is 1800 commision got 200 to 300 monthly ! do you think i will be approve in uob as now the gross go to rm24000 ! any idea ?

They did the same convert >1K purchase to 0% 6 months installment in Nov to Dec 2011.
I did convert my insurance payment in Dec last year by calling CS and it was approved within a week. Customer service said no hidden fees and I'll receive SMS from UOB if my request to convert to 0% 6 months is Rejected.
Please take note you must call and make the request before the transaction being billed in the monthly statement.

you can also call up CS and ask when GST will be charged.

can uob one card be used for online purchases and paypal?

i've just applied UOB credit card through a booth... the sales guy say that 2 years annual fee waived as a promotion... he mentioned different branch have different offer... is that true? cause if need to swipe 60x yearly to have the annual fee waived i might not go ahead with it...

Did anyone receive a call for UOB offering cash advance with low rate & repaying it through 12 months installment?

Then how about the Card Annual Fee? Most banks waive/offset/bear it with sufficient utilisation and/or meeting certain T&C.
And WHAT RULES/LAW? Banks do give rebates/waivers/freebies to "offset" the Service Tax (NOT GST) from time to time, so are you saying that the banks break BNM rules, Mr Moderator?

why most of the new cc application this service tax can be waived?? bank not following rule???
