Very sad, just got my iPhone stolen by somebody at gym changing rooms.

I heard my friend said in the iPhone iOS 4.2.1 have located a tracking system which is originally located inside the iOS itself then i try to google about it and i found this :

anyone lost their iPhone 4 before and track it back using this type of tools before? please helpppp i really need help to track back my phone as my phone is still very new

i'm wondering do i need to install the tools first on my iPhone before it is lost or it is already inside the iOS 4.2.1.

do you register your mobileme ?

and which gym ?

I think nothing more you can do for search back you Phone.

You need to Download and install at Your Iphone 1st.

Maybe it sound like not helping.
But if thief RESTORE you IPhone, Anything will wipe clean. ---> Impossible to Track back You Iphone.

You shall consider do other action like:-
1)Report the Police about the Gym.
2)Did you lost inside Locker ?
3)Talk to Gym Management and Ask for Help.

I'm sorry to say, chances to retrive your iPhoney is near to 0.

Anyway, spend few minutes of yours reading past topics on lost iPhoney.

`i know about it. just try my luck here. so i have to install the Find My Iphone apps first in my iPhone to activate it. Its okay then.

I already reported the case to the Management Team but there is black and white that they are not responsible for any lost valuables. So they will try my best to trace who is the person who took it only.

Anyway, thanks for the quick reply on my help. Now i am stuck with Maxis plan for almost 1 and half years left. My head is going to burst thinking what phone to get which is under rm1k budget. An android or windows phone can do the surfing job but never close to an iPhone

1) A second hand iPhone 3GS
2) A new HTC/NOKIA/SE - Android phones
