oh , any website to check for multiple location available ? Since it's not just 1 location.

So still , no one mention yet how and what kind of Tv supported needed including Equipment to buy ?and also for guide on configuration ?

I think what razuryza means is where you live like KL, petaling jaya, kuching or etc. Anyway you can find more information about it here.

For the hardware, there are few way for you to receive the channel

1. By using existing TV that has build in DVB-T2 tuner. This way you just need to get cheap external indoor/outdoor UHF antenna that able to cover frequency stated here 594 - 738 MHz (around this range la)
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MYTV_Broadcas...and_frequencies

2. By using external DVB-T2 tuner. Sometimes it packs together with antenna; but if it don't you need to purchase external indoor/outdoor UHF same as above and you just need to connect it to your TV usually through HDMI/RCA cable. Example from previous discussion is http://www.lazada.com.my/k2-full-hd-1080p-...ar-3484324.html

I think my old town perak not in the list at wiki.
But about the TV , how do I know whether my TV support or having build in DVB-T2 tuner ? Using LCD tv
As for UHF antenna had been install like 10 years on old town so still can use ?

I guess the best way to check is search online for your TV model, like mine I'm using Sony KDL-40R550C which have a built in DVB-T/T2 tuner. Try google and search for the 'tuner' details on your TV specification section.

For the antenna, I'm not really sure but as far as I remember from reading this thread there was a forumer that successfully receive the channel by using their old existing UHF antenna that ppl put outside; as long as it support the frequency. So better to give a shot biggrin.gif

I'm using indoor antenna that I purchased from AEON for about rm60+ that comes with booster. The booster really helps me to get better signal (lucky me biggrin.gif) as without it kinda hard for me to receive the signal at all. But if you lucky enough, you can just follow the video below as a cheap or free alternative brows.gif

Hey guys, I just found this video across Youtube. Wonder how he able to get the TV3 channel with 1920x1080 and Dolby Digital Plus? But it seems like it is not a Live TV but just a video clips from AJL.

Is this under MYTV?
Is this only on testing phase?

Not sure about tvheadend but another alternative is to use hdhomerun connect (UK version) which simplified the process and works great. Able to view live tv from pc, android box, laptop, smartphone by using kodi.

But it is a little bit expensive tho.

Recently just bought DVB-T2 box, it able to search all 13 channel. However, here is the thing, the number shown are like 101 is TV3HD, 102 is RTMHD, try to go program edit, to make it like 001 is TV1, 002 is TV2, 003 is TV3... but, fail to do.
Not sure is TVBOX function or need update the firmware. By the way, anyone have any firmware site for upgrade?

Since DVB-T2 can varies from model to model, IMO the issue might be with your specific model. Looks like the default sorting is HD channel first then followed by SD. Or, instead of 001,002,003 try to rename it as 101,102,103
