Can the digital tv works even without mytv decoder with this panasonic smart TV?

Seems like some panansonic smart tv also got digital tv function.
Can the digital tv works even without mytv decoder with this panasonic smart TV?

My relatives house got panasonic tv with built-in digital tv tuner. But after scanned I can't get any channel. Location is at alor setar, and the antenna like this(refer to the picture) |

Today 8tv got changed again (including subtitle font)and what is GM? 
Update: ntv7 also add gm at left side. Tv3 and Tv9 title font also changed. I think this change might last one day only, tomorrow back to normal.
