Digital TV Station Malaysia, How do I tune to digital TV station?

Hi i am using a sony android tv that supports DVBT2 digital channels. I have connected the tv to building antenna via the socket on the wall. However i can only receive the channels under “45” which are tv3,chwow shop, alhijrah, ntv 7, tv 8. However none of the channels under “49” are viewable. It says no signal. All the residents under the building i am staying in can receive all the channels. I have confirmed with management that the building equipped with centralised antenna system that supports UHF channels. All my neighbour can watch except me. The signal level for channel 45 is 80% with 100% signal quality whereas for channel 49 is only 26% with zero signal quality. I am staying in shah alam area. Anyone can help? I have called sony team to come over to my place and they told me its not a tv issue. I have called myfreeview as well and they are not in a position to help at all. Building Management team are not doing anything as well as the other residense can watch the channels without any issues. What can be a possible issues on my side. Wondering....

The issues is with 45 which are most rtm channels. Channel 49 are working fine. |
