Revolution to just watch local channel. No hope for astro replacement for now. Our people now stick with Ria & Warna channel. New channel also no point anyway. We want the best of local content. Just like Astro Ria showing popular hits Hero Seorang Cinderella drama.

15 SD & 15 HD channel to reveal soon. Maybe that Caya TV, TV1 HD & TV2 HD soon.. since Caya TV fb page already release. And some source say TV1 HD will start this or next year soon..

They are so confident. But if no AXN HD or ONE HD like astro. For sure not worth to subscribe MYTV. But since MYTV & TM make deals. So, maybe Capital TV HD & Hypp Inspirasi HD will make their way into MYTV platform. So much talk but when it comes to June 2018 maybe no new things...

No wonder Astro don't have TV Alhijrah HD..

You mean HBO HD on MYTV platform? Better you forget it. That won't happen for now. Even if MYTV have that channel. It will be heavily censor same like GOT on Astro HBO channel one..

Actually, we can receive the signal in Malaysia too.

But, badly because our gomen make it illegal law to use in Malaysia except Sarawak. Because to protect Astro(more GST money)..
Not to say because Sarawak has many voters for them..

Astro dish on top of pokok rambutan. Rambutan jatuh terus hilang signal. And got rusty faster when air pokok have habuk & debu.

Caution in village area that got many pokok..

Sarawak poor. Can install foreign satellite & receive free & encrypted channels. But encrypeted ones need BISS Key to unlock.

Go Thailand or Indonesia to try watch. And find people who sell this product. But, since our neighbour country got so many Pay TV at cheap price. They most likely subscribe Local pay TV. But in Measat 3 satellite also got many channel. All subtitle & audio choice got. You in Thailand, watch encrypted Power Vu channels. Most channels in Measat 3 is available in so many language support. Like as watching Cartoon Network HD in Indonesia, Malaysia & Thailand audio.

All this channel are for supplier to our good local Pay TV. But, Measat 3 have original feed & not downgrade the video bitrate. And, also got no commercial at all. You watch AXN HD in foreign dish like C-band & align to M3 & insert the key code. And start enjoy as many channels in many choice of audio & subtitle.

FYI, tonton app in Android device cannot use to watch Live TV. Maybe, have bugs or something. Technical IT for the app development cannot patch new update asap. Now me cannot watch NHK World & TV3 channel..

But, TV9 cartoon like Upin & Ipin still broadcast in 4:3 format.

Any low bitrate HD channel still okay than nothing.
Like consumer will notice the different..

Syukur got 11 licence approve for Pay TV sector.
Out of these, only Ansa Broadcast announce want to start offer consumer satellite Pay TV subscription(after 2 decade with Astro).

After see this post. Maybe, to attract more people to use Ansa, they also need to offer prepaid channel like NJOI. You see mobile prepaid service by our great telco? Prepaid segment is high because majority of consumer cannot afford/save budget to subscribe RM80 plan & up.

The only things that still not reveal is Ansa use Measat or SES 9 satellite transponder. Measat from Astro anyway. This topic has been discuss from astro byond v13 thread.

Btw, Astro postpaid segment likely will drop further as nothing new & expensive package given. Customer feddup with high fees & only offer channel that give them benefits. Will remind you again. Does Astro have music HD channel like MTV Live HD? No right? Does Astro offer Japan HD channel? Does Astro offer more HD kids channel? Does Astro have more international channel? 50% of Astro channel is rojak. And, 10% bandwidth is using for Astro First & Best channel. Likely to have more than 20 channel for PPV movies channel.

And, do Astro offer more Indian HD channel from India country? No right. Because they will protect all their channel mainly because to defend rojak channel & cheat all of us because here no competition at all.
