Same case. Asked to change password every 30min since i connect and disconnect using tunneling services and 4G as well.
Just write them an email on my status with dynamic IP assign by ISP and ask them to fix this.
Now no matter what IP i change... no more pop up to say account locked.
Play on 3G and my Account locked
