it mean use or no use we have to pay rm70?
for call 15sen/min , sms 10sen, mms 20sen
after we use for call,sms,mms... the total amount + rm70??
or from rm0 then we use rm50 pay rm70?
or use rm80 pay rm80 ?

i can use at malaysia right?? sim free?? no region lock right
