i guess depends on package you take. i think cheapest voice is rm30/mth. most expensive data (3GB plan) is rm88/mth.
is it just me or what... can't seem to find the details of the data plans... like average speed, limit, etc...
According to their website, the cheapest voice is RM50/mth, and you need a dataplan , cheapest is RM58 for 500MB.is it just me or what... can't seem to find the details of the data plans... like average speed, limit, etc...
- Maxis: RM 50+58 = RM 108 (2 years = RM2,592.00)
- Digi: RM68 for unlimited data plan. But voice call charged as per usage. So usage say minimum RM50/ month then work out to be the same RM118-(RM17 rebate) = RM101 (2 years = RM2,424.00)
I was thinking, afterall, you also need a mobil carrier for your phone, its either Maxis or Digi. Since both also the same, might as well just buy the phone from Maxis for for 2 years for cheaper price than retail of RM 1,399
So if you buy from Maxis on the 22nd with 2 years contract: total payable after 2 years: RM 2592 + RM 1399 = RM 3,991
If buy off the shelf and sign with DIGI: RM 2424 + RM 2099 = RM 4,523
So its better to sign with Maxis for 24 years? Did I miss something? If not, why so many people complaining about the contract?
Please enlighten..
