There's no news on whether Digi is bringing this phone in which is why I'm kinda in a dillemma. Maxis' plans are seriously uninteresting. The only thing working in their favour is that they give you a subsidy on phone price but then you have to consider bill shock as well.

It could be the noisy environment that makes it seem like it's soft. From some of the video reviews I've seen, the speaker is actually *relatively* loud compared to most other smartphones..
