I don't think is necessary to talk about this anymore and carry it over another few pages. Whatever you need to know and the plans etc are already covered Added on June 18, 2011, 2:02 pm QUOTE(hihihehe @ Jun 18 2011, 12:45 PM) As mentioned , Zenus case ..... QUOTE(llk @ Jun 18 2011, 05:12 PM) Never happened to me, i compared my friend's Sensation & my SGS II for GPS testing, after 30mins Sensation is hotter than SGS II. +1 ....... 1 hour on Dungeon Hunters and i can still answer calls without being 2 hot ...... IF u expect it to b normal like how it was left on idle , its definately not neither is it as hot as described .... Have u ever consider that the person who asked the question in that forum is just exaggerating ?This post has been edited by Noobi3: Jun 18 2011, 05:24 PM |

A word of advice to soon-to-be-owners of SGS2 .... Find a shop and try it out yourself . Different ppl will have different requirements , views . Search the web and u will get a sort of different comments and views . I saw b4 a user sold off his SGS2 after a few hours of usage coz he finds the screen's colour 2 saturated and 2 bright even after setting it to the dimmest .
And defects ? Well , this is the internet , full of NBTD ppl . Regardless of how good is a device , they will find some fault to it . For me , I prefer SGS2 to Sensation but there r 1 user who prefer Sensation to SGS2 .... That doesn't mean the there is fault with any of the device , just a personal preferences |

QUOTE(ivanlmh @ Jun 19 2011, 02:29 PM) Well, if you rooted u should know some custom firmware does come with Sense UI..like lite-ning and angelo Those r not Sense UI , its Sense UI lookalike ..... If u think that is Sense UI , I manage to port a Sense UI into my iPhone4 as well . . . . . Put it this way , SGS is almost a year old and only recently they manage to port a workable but not bug free Sense 2.1 in it . If u guys miss the Sense UI so much , buy a HTC This post has been edited by Noobi3: Jun 19 2011, 02:44 PM |

QUOTE(incubuss @ Jun 20 2011, 12:09 AM) Yes there is but dun expect it to be cheaper ..... It's simple , for example 1 trader charge u RM2040 for SGS2 with 3% tax , another give u RM2099 but no need 2 pay CC tax .... Doesnt it get back to square 1 ? IF u expect ppl to charge u the lowest possible price yet no CC charges , u can try register at this website .... www.manmandang.com.my Added on June 20, 2011, 12:45 am QUOTE(ben83 @ Jun 19 2011, 11:55 PM) I said buyers/adopters, in case you overlooked. There will always be 3 category for a buyer of a device Many real buyers were mis-informed, even myself were mis-informed about late launching up to 2-3 months by the Samsung demo kiosk at Low Yat back in 3 weeks ago 1 - Just buy as soon as it's available regardless of the price ... If u r think paying RM2.7k for a SGS2 is crazy , look at ipad2 .... 64G+3G was once RM4K+ 2 - Wait for the official launch and buy 3 - Wait a few months b4 buying , hopefully the price will drop as there is always new models coming out . These buyers dont aim for the latest , anything least than 6 months is fine Which category u r in , u should know . IF u r in category no.2 , there is no point pint pointing or feeling the pain for category 1 buyers coz no offence bro , its not your concern . Misinformed info is the way of life of Malaysian especially launching ... Take DHD for example , was initially from Maxis deal ,even got their website posted pre-order . Later on was taken down and finally , after 2 months ,was released under DIGI This post has been edited by Noobi3: Jun 20 2011, 01:05 AM |

QUOTE(Eiraku @ Jun 20 2011, 02:35 AM) 1 year? 2 year? Darnit SME, just make ALL YOUR DEVICES, whether or not sold from an SEP, come straight with a 2-year warranty darnit. Dont be suprise if Seng Heng provide 3 years warranty when they launch it That said, gonna try my luck with an SEP pre-order through some help. If the slots are full (or my proxy is unwilling), lets just get the 1-year SME warranty one I've already pre-ordered. Sigh. Hopefully this time the darned thing doesn't get stolen like my iP4 so that the warranty will be put to good use. |

QUOTE(Dannyl @ Jun 20 2011, 09:16 AM) Your best bet is to wait for official SME set sold in Samsung retail outlets or shops like Sen Heng. Handphone stores will definitely charge you for cc usage. I'm referring 2 both using CC especially in a brand official store like Samsung , Canon , etc ..... They dont charge u the 3% yet u r buying at RRPThere is a difference. RM2040 with 3% surcharge is CREDIT. RM2099 no surcharge is CASH. Can't remember the exact figure, but a tech magazine reports that 3% (or is it 5%?) of consumers are willing buy anything at any price. |
