if i'm not mistaken..but should have some upfront payment then they will deduct it in your future bills

Lets do a simple maths AGAIN...

Since the current cheapest AP set is RM1,949 in Lelong,
now RM4,055.32 - RM1,949 = RM2,106.32

So divide RM2,106.32 by 24 months = RM87.76

Now, paying monthly RM87.76 to get RM50 Voice/SMS plus 3GB Data,
is it worth it?

That is 250-400 minutes of voice or 300-1,000 SMS or a mixture of both,
plus 3GB of data...hmmmm....





No??!!!

awesome phone with KE7 firmware. can surf like crazy and have 2 yahoo accounts and one lotus notes corporate push email account that outlasts fruitphone by twice the time in battery life.

some of you should noted about Value first (RM30 commitment) is eligible for this offer too, from the Samsung U-Nivez poster at #268

so the minimum cost of ownership without any other blablabla tax will be

RM 799 + [(RM30+RM78)x24)] = RM 3391

however, there is some conflict with the content in the email which says that "You must get a Value Plus Plan'

but if you exceed 3GB of usage you will still be charged.

so my plan will be getting the unit @ RM 2099, and subscribe Digi Smart Plan (RM68), lite (RM33). And i dont like to have any contract with any telcos as data plan are getting cheaper and cheaper and every quarter of year there is some better smart phone come out and you may consider a change.

but of course, talk about internet speed, Maxis is still the best for average. Had a very bad experience with digi smart plan which most of the time running on EDGE or even GPRS

haha.. i have the same issue... update 2 apps from market 10% battery lost... n sumtimes my battery temp goes up to 41 degree eventhough i am idle.. i want to change back to litening..

wat i meant was exclusive like they got the SME set by themselves for a long time or forever..after 1 week, we should see normal shops seling SME sets..thats wat i was told at least..

For me it is worth for the price..

Let's compare this:
iphone with ivalue 1, 24months contract....phone price RM1590.
You can sell out easily at Rm2200.
Therefore, Rm2200-RM1590-(22*24)**= RM82 profit..
**note that, monthly RM100, RM22 extra compared to iphone plan, and only comes with 1gb data plan..

For galaxy s2,
24months contract RM78 per months with 3gb data =RM799
RRP RM2099, u can sell out easily at sell RM2000(maybe within a day).
Therefore, RM2000-RM799=RM1201=Profit

I definately grab one.. and sell out later.. Hoho~~

Hm, Samsung announcement say can subscribe with Value First plan, but Maxis email say Value Plus only... who is right?

I'm not a heavy user of voice, so I want to pair data plan with Value First if possible... RM 20 difference amounts to a lot.
