Before that, print out the receipt from the website. It contains som ID and Serial MAC whatever you called that. Upon the shop, show the receipt and pay the processing fee RM5 you'll  get a new simpack and there's ZERO activation via handheld ! Damn easy

*Doubt : Ok, every new sim card is empty, once they key in numbers and stuff; then you'll get yrs number simultaneously. Isn't that amazing ? 

My xperience - fill in my parti's, pick up a new number, print out the receipt, go to my nearest dealer spot, hand in the receipt, get a parking (was double parking ), wait bout 10 mins, get my new sim, try on my BB, and it works just like that. I called to their CS centre after I subscribed BIS cos the sim wasn't a BIS-ready one so I was told to wait within 24-hr, and it was like few hrs my EDGE is on !
