Have U activate your simcard to use BIS by contact tunetalk customer support?

Also try below method:

Some update on my case.
I emailed as per their request. Also, live chat again to another CS (Ash). He help me to activate the BIS after 10 mins of chatting.

I tested WhatsApps, UberSocial, download apps using Appworld. So far no more deduction of credit.  thumbup.gif  thumbup.gif

Some tip to avoid deduction of credit:
OS5:
Go to Option -> Advance Option -> Service Book -> DELETE anything that with "WAP".

OS6:
Go to Option -> Device -> Advanced System Settings -> Service Booko -> DELETE anything that with "WAP"

Hope this help.

i've got my tune talk sim today and i was surprised dat BIS already registered..amazingly my bbm, fb, twiter everything can be use as normal..my credit balance also remains till now from 4pm today..nothing being charge yet..i called to tune talk cs and ask about this because i was scared if later they deduct my credit..the cs told me i've been given a month trial of my BIS unlimited service and i can cancel if i want..but then he said after the free trial period end it will continue to the normal charge for BIS dat is rm28..this is a very great news for me..my credit balance rite now remain rm4..the connection also very good..i suggest u all blackberry users change to tune talk..its worth it..rm28 for a month of unlimited service..what else can i say..awsome...

Sim card clarification - register at TuneTalk website ( all personal particulars ), pick up desire mobile number. Next, find a nearest dealer from yr place.

Before that, print out the receipt from the website. It contains som ID and Serial MAC whatever you called that. Upon the shop, show the receipt and pay the processing fee RM5 you'll  get a new simpack and there's ZERO activation via handheld ! Damn easy

*Doubt : Ok, every new sim card is empty, once they key in numbers and stuff; then you'll get yrs number simultaneously. Isn't that amazing ?

My xperience - fill in my parti's, pick up a new number, print out the receipt, go to my nearest dealer spot, hand in the receipt, get a parking (was double parking biggrin.gif ), wait bout 10 mins, get my new sim, try on my BB, and it works just like that. I called to their CS centre after I subscribed BIS cos the sim wasn't a BIS-ready one so I was told to wait within 24-hr, and it was like few hrs my EDGE is on !

hello, im new to tune talk..I just top up my credit for RM30 and my current credit is RM30.70..And i'd try subscribing to BIS but failed. They replied, i have not enough credit to subscribe.. Do i need to have more credit balance? The plan is only RM28 right. It would be such a waste if i have to topup more credit. Help me..

Apparently tunetalk is no longer the cheapest, Digi is RM25/month and Celcom is cheap too. Now it all boils down to coverage, BIS stability, speed and most importantly, DEDUCT extra CREDIT or not...
