I ordered mine just two days ago (Saturday). This is the second time i ordered, the first one I shipped it to my Thailand office and i got it in 5 business days. REAL QUICK.

Now my question is, this time i ordered and send to my KL office. I was wondering if anyone kena custom duties or tax or not? You know la, our custom officers very 'makan duit' one...

that is actually quite fast... not going to KLIA anymore

its shipping out in 3 to 5 business days. not necessary means reach your place in 3 to 5 business days...

apple uses DHL. Get your tracking key and call DHL customer service, ask what is the hold up... and ask can self collect or not..

after SZB, it will go to KUL first another clearance then only to you.

As far as I understand, all International shipment must get clearance from KUL custom (it is the big post office next to lcct) first before delivering to anyone. It reach subang airport first probably dhl freights land there instead of lcct due to the heavy air traffic in lcct for passenger.

Not sure about that, but I think so. You can check others information, you will notice from szb to KUL, then to receiver.

Nah, I know it will take some time. Just hope it doesn't take too long.

The last time I ordered and ship to Bangkok, it just take one day clearance from their custom. That's the difference:)

KUL is in KLIA, next to LCCT. It is the BIG post office next to it. Two things there, polis diraja malaysia and malaysian custom. Two of them approve then only will go out to the rest

Sometimes cannot blame entirely on the custom also. It could be dhl late submitting documents to custom or apple has not properly declared the item. Even a piece of document containing a packing list missing, it will take an entire day to sort it out. Then back to back communication with apple and then dhl and bla bla.

So... Just be patient.
