OMG it has been the same *Processed for clearance - Kul - KUL* since last night. What is taking them so long just for the clearance? My delivery date is tomorrow so if it delays and deliver on Monday instead, REBATE here I come baby~

LOL I just call APPLE regarding the delay in clearance cos my delivery date is TODAY!! The CS who picked up my call is so nice and her voice is so sweet that my heart melted just by listening to her voice and agree to whatever she tells me~ Damn you APPLE! LOL!

Yeah!! My rage suddenly went off by itself just by listening to her sweet voice.... I mean, I wasn't angry and yelling la... Just wanted to voice my dissatisfaction bcos Apple didnt honor the delivery date promised! Afterall Apple is a huge organisation. Anyway she said she will monitor this shipment closely herself and will get back to me personally to see what she can do for me. I hope her "see what I can do for you" is REBATE lol.....

Oh yeah hor!! I should have done that!! Hopefully she will return a call to me when the whole thing is over~ LOL! Ok, on the serious note, Apple CS are very professional! Kudos!

Yes, that's why I was so furious when they couldnt deliver their promise! If you were to stated it on Monday 27/05/2011, that call wouldnt be made.

The whole process took less than 5minutes cos my parcel was already outside in the basket, waiting. I think thats bcos I told them I was coming to self collect. Was expecting to have to wait for them to go inside the warehouse and look for my parcel LOL. I dunno what the name of the builidng is called but it is the DHL at Glenmarie.

I've gotten my Switcheasy Canvas one month in advance before I even put order for my iPad 2. Right after I self collected my iPad 2 from DHL office at Glenmarie, I went straight to Mybytes at Tropicana City Mall and apply SGP Ultra Optic screen protector! Loving it!
