nowadays when you confirmed order, they'll state "deliver by xx/xx/xxxx - yy/yy/yyyy" with a week in between.

sudah takut kena bombard and pay out the rebate eh? previously as soon as that target date has ended and havent receive your unit, just call up, complain and you'll get a rebate. now, so as long as they deliver within that date range, you cannot ask for rebate. simple as that.

Yep you're right my Order for my iPad 2 was suppose to be delivered by 21/06/2011.. however here's the DHL update as for today.

patience is a virtue.. LOLZ, Anyways it was quite frustrating but at least Apple compensated with a rebate and their CS were quite friendly and helpful.. at least they've regained some of my confidence in them.. smile.gif

ordered on 6/6/2011
Shipped on 16/6/2011 as u can see on the shipment tracking
Delivers by 21/6/2011 but still haven't received the shipment yet.. doh.gif

so I hope the rest will get their iPad 2's without much delays as well... icon_rolleyes.gif

According to Apple's CS the Malaysian Customs conducts random checks on DHL's containers.. so if your shipments is so "lucky" to be in that container (mine was doh.gif btw) they you'll experience so many days in delays.. Hopefully will get my iPad 2 by next week..

Good luck in your shipment as well.. hopefully your shipment will not receive the same fate as mine..
