Just heard that engrave and 3g might take longer?

i have order ipad to come uk on 20th june. still marked as not yet shipped. hope status change next day or so else will overrun 2 week delivery estimate originally and still quoted by apple.

order for me is 32Gb black wifi no engraving.

oh guys, btw, it's nothing to do with engraved or not. it's RMC ( royal malaysian customs ) that causing the delaying thingy. Apple put some weed inside the packaging box. iWeed. iWait. iDelay. iMad. iFound this thread, iPost-a-reply.

The timeline used by Apple is to be used as the barometer to gauge delivery. DHL and Apple work together to ensure as many iPads are cleared as early as possible.

We'll see better clearance from Customs in the coming weeks but for now, it takes 5 or 6 days before clearance.

Is like tat one la, this is the normal culture for their working environment. as long as apple stated the delivery date for you still valid, you call them and F them also no use one.

My ipad also at there liao, but apple gave me my delivery date is 30/06/2011 - 06/07/2011.
Therefore I have no reason to call them and expedite it.
