DHL is truly the most farked up courier on Earth

Bro...isnt this malaysia kastam problem but not DHL? i bought books from taiwan and sent by DHL...so far so good leh..

DHL operator say mine will be anytime during office hour today....
make 2nd call to them.. they say before 6pm.

i wonder will they take their words... its alredy 5.23pm !!

Before 6pm mah - still got time. Thus far, I haven't had problems with delivery of my Apple orders from the Apple Online Store.

U've asked for the delivery to be made to ur office? Well, give them a call ; in fact they should have already called U to tell U they be making a delivery.

i received mine about 4:30pm.

apple service is fantastic. they called me everyday - twice a day to keep me up todate! now they just called again to check on the delivery. where can find this kind of company?

on the other hand - DHL sucks!

hahaha mine still no sign of it... DHL Operator cant get the courier guy too.. just inform me if not today will be tomolo.. ( abit fai wah...)

Clearance delay is not DHL's fault kot? Maybe with our Malaysian customs? Ah well.... u'll either get it today or worst case scenario tomorrow.. wait onli lor.

i know clearance not their fault.. just that... pissed to wait the whole day...

mine i had to make a written complain to DHL and i guess Apple rep helped me escalate it as well. they only took the item from their sort facility at 2pm then arrive my place at 4:30pm

DHL just arrived.. yeah yeah.. i got my parcel on 5.56pm !!!!!

mine only hold for 3 days...am i suppose to complain as well?
