They started the price at approx RM7500, you will have to negotiate.

My contractor start work without down payment, he only request money after 5% done. Progress was good until recently, I can said 60% done so far, left only the tile work. He like disappear, din pick up my call but still will call me once a while told me that he will going to work. In fact never show up. How to deal with this kind of issue?

FYI, I have paid him up to 60% as well. I wanted to get new contractor because I wanted to move in before July. He still holding my key sad.gif

I will say I paid too much.  cry.gif
I don't state the total amount but some members come to a pretty good conclusion in this topic.
As for the contractor, If you follow this topic, you will know that I will not recommend him.  vmad.gif
I has to do a lot of balance work and repairs my self as he "disappear" after collecting full payment.  mad.gif
A lesson there for everyone.  rclxub.gif
Thanks for the compliment.  nod.gif

For my case, I also din really record down in details and the contractor did sent me the invoice regarding the work. Some more he overcharge me with some item charge twice and lucky I noticed but already over paid him for what he had completed. Then I go through again with him and he agreed with the overcharge. Since then he disappear and I have to get someone else to take care the rest. Lesson learn always have your own checklist and keep track it yourself instead of the invoice.
