One advice, if you like to watch movie a lot you need to make sure your plaster ceiling don't vibrate

Just a general question, is it worth to buy 2nd hand house in quite bad condition then have to spend hundreds of thousand to reno

Well if is a new house, you can move in with just getting furnitures and fitting. Of course people than to change the house to their liking, thus renovate. I really admire people in extreme reno.

Do agree on the advantage of 2nd hand house. Then again new house have warranty. To be honest i had never bought 2nd house before so i cannot comment the good or bad. So far i had bought and stay in 2 houses which is new and is more convinient as is already in moving in condition. I guess less headache.
