QUOTE(phoenix69 @ Nov 25 2011, 06:35 PM) I use the plastic sheet roof to allow light through for the laundry area to dry clothes. I guess it will serve the same function as a zinc sheet. Added on November 25, 2011, 6:39 pmThis batch of Hans Grohe products, I got it at a very special rate. Loooonnng story. I'll leave it to zheilwane @ Builders Hardware to tell you if he wants to. laminated flooring NO need polish & CAN NOT be polish.. Engineering board which have 2-3mm thick real wood on top can polish/ drind 1-2 time if scratched.
some solid wood floor also pre-finish but the best is grind & finish on site, u won't feel any gap/ uneven joint

QUOTE I use PVC7 for my water pipes as I understand from this forum that this pipe model is strong. flex.gif My contractor and another plumber confirmed this. I hopes so. Good luck anyway.
my old man house, i install Grundfos Water Pump CH-PC 40 if i remember correctly, pressure @40psi all the time & added a PT tank to counter the frequent pump start/stop, cold water piping using paling class E, hot water piping = copper. Problem free for 7 years already, except recharge the air inside the PT tank so no worry

QUOTE(phoenix69 @ Dec 28 2012, 04:44 PM) Renovation Extreme Work In Progress - Second Stage After living in my house for a year without cabinets, finally I decided to take the plunge. Decided to install Cabinets. I employed the same guy that supplied my altar because I like their handiwork. As those who follow this thread will know, when I start , budget is tanked again This time, I think I went a bit overboard (financially and design wise). So here goes :- » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « The cabinet parts arrive,1 full lorry :- The cabinets unloaded and ready to be installed The tools they used (made my house in to a virtual mini carpentry for a day) All plywood/block board carcase, (no chipboard/particle board/"melamine" for me. ) To Be Continued .... no worries, big fat bonus is OTW
