@phoenix69 Awesome renovation journey. Going through some renovations myself. Super useful info you have here. Thanks for sharing. Just wondering when you removed the parquet to install the laminated flooring, did you have to level the concrete floor? Or did you just installed the laminated flooring? QUOTE(phoenix69 @ Oct 23 2015, 11:51 PM) Yes, You have to level the floor. The floor level guy must be a sifu to acheive a good level floori. Hey,Good Luck on this, My advise is better use a good Sifu if you can find one, skilled guys are rare. And also regarding the laminated flooring, Get the expensive grade. A few $$$ more will be worth it as the floor is a non replaceble item especially when tou build a built-in wardrobe over it. (You cant very well change the fllor after that without diamantling the wardrobe.) Thanks for the reply. Yup already did that. Floors are level. Done by old sifus. My contractors are all Chinese ah peks. hahaha. Which grade did you use? Hardness rating ac3 enough? |
