RM13 inc of bulb (screw-in bulb with internal ballast). The quality is cheap. But, it serves their purpose.

I needed some horizontal downlights, but they couldn't get stock so I bought some from a store in SS2. More expensive, about RM34 inc bulb, but better quality fitting.

I need 3 more T5 x 4' for my kitchen cabinet lighting. Might go back to Egowa.

Yes, as Kelyvn said, wall tiles first then plaster ceiling. It's much neater.

Doors can only be installed once the flooring is done (or at least the flooring level is determined).

So good of your contractor to advise you. Mine just reused the old hinge......... I hope my gate don't start to sag after a while as I have lengthened each side by 2 feet.

I don't know what it looks like. I think the contractor just re-used the old hinge that was there. I only moved one pillar, the other pillar still the same pillar as before.
