FYI i suggest you avoid the standard lock&hinge for the windows. they dont seal properly - get a conceiled lockset with multiple lock points (make sure its not just on one side but all three sides (not where the hinges are) and get windows with integrated hinges too. those windows are significantly more sturdy and will effectively seal the house (i.e. no hot air coming, less dust, no cool air leaving the house, less noise). plus side: really hard to break into less breaking the glass. if you get good glass you make thief's life real hard
