The last thing I expect to have headache about is Air cond piping.
I thought - choose air cond, agree on installation price then its go.
Little did i know that the copper piping for these air cond will cause me headache. 

Eventually I plan to put 7 air cond in my house.
As I have limited $$$ now, decide to put 2 air cond first. 

My wetwork contractor advised me to prepare the piping first for the other air cond so in future when install the balance air cond then no need hacking in the walls any more to conceal the pipes.
So I gotten my electrical contractor to quote me.

This was what I've got:-

Installation Charges (Concealed, no free piping at all)
1.0HP - RM160
1.5HP - RM180
2.0HP - RM230
2.5HP - RM260

Concealed Copper Piping Charges / feet
1.0HP - RM17
1.5HP - RM19
2.0HP - RM22
2.5HP - RM25

Water Piping
RM 6.00 feet.

With 7 air cond piping running between 20 - 40 feet each this is gonna cost me a bomb 
So I went hunting for another quote, got one but after some digging,
Initially, I thought I struck the mother lode but further digging (literally ) it is quite costly too :- as below

Installation Charges (Non Concealed, free 10 Feet copper piping)
1.0HP - RM130
1.5HP - RM150
2.0HP - RM200
2.5HP - RM250
Which sounds good but when Its concealed (Each unit add RM180)

1.0HP - RM10
1.5HP - RM12
2.0HP - RM14
2.5HP - RM16

In the end decided to stick with existing electrical contractor rather than bringing another guy...
