They think a mod wrongly invisibled my topic as there is one advertisement post that he acted upon,
they think he clicked the wrong button.  blush.gif

Mine was better no over charge. I did not rush his work, he did not rush me for payment. Quality wise after one year of staying. I will say it can be better. I have some minor leaking issue now, but he can't come immediate, now got to wait till weekend hope he come. At least he answer my call.

Thinking to do my own repair.

It seems you ended up with the better contractor.
At least he complete the job, no overcharge and still respond when you call.

Better from what we here around Lowyat, but I feel he can do better job. Furthermore why do my concerete slab having hairline crack. Comparing to the olden days contractor don't have this problem and never required water proofing.

I don't know why so many people have issue with FS. I follow, no issue with FS and already integrate to my just design. Is not confuse at all.

Not all are true, some are just old believe.

The main of FS is external than only internal. Internal are main door, stove and bed. Than water placement.

External need to tap on the chi.

Date and time are critical too.

Other else really not critical.

If a FS master ask me to buy this buy that I will not party him a single cents.

If believe, ask a good one to audit. Don't listen bit here bit there.

Dry and wet just divide with a bigger door lo, and expose dry with living area. You have spacious feel.

My stairs also nearly park in the middle.

Unusual Power Blackout

Tried finding a thread to share this but can't find the appropriate topic.

Something I consider weird happened to my electricity supply, actually it happened my whole neighborhood yesterday.

1. There was a blackout, (neighbors confirmed that they also experienced the same blackout)
- but still have power from selected wall socket,  hmm.gif
e.g. fridge down, Thermo pot ok, rice cooker ok, sterilizer down  rclxub.gif
- They are all from the same row of power socket I the kitchen.

2. Power was restored
- but only to the front portion of the house, back kitchen and room no power.  doh.gif
e.g. Front living room got light, back no light  rclxub.gif
(neighbor has similar experience but vice versa back got light, front got no light)

3. Called TNB, then no light or power totally.  shocking.gif

4. Saw them go to the TNB power hut near by, tinker for 30 min then full power restored everywhere.  thumbup.gif

I've always thought when there was a power supply disruption, it would be total but in this case got partial one  blink.gif

You are using 3 phase supply, one or two phase fuse trip. It could be uneven load, or some house got it trip after short it to neutral. Or maybe the fused on the power pole are due for replacment.

Oh, this mean that this situation only happens to those with 3phase, not single phase.  nod.gif
