The GSTL will return bigger and better with its July season, featuring twelve pro-gaming teams battling for nearly 32,000 EUR.

As you may know, GSTL will now longer span across only four days but will run alongside the individual league. For this purpose, the twelve teams that will take part in the competition have been divided into two groups and will go through a round robin phase to determine those that will advance to the playoffs.

the group stage of GSTL July will run for 10 weeks total, 2 days in the week. Matches from Group A will be played on Thursday and matches from Group B - on Friday. The teams will achieve points based on wins and set losses and the top 3 of each group will advance to the play-offs. While in the "pennant race" (the group stage), the games will be Bo7 and once the play-offs are reached they will become Bo9.

GSTL July will kick in next Thursday, June 23rd.

Group B

Isnt it ..like top 3 who does not have any Code A/S? Cause I thought MMA, Losira and MC was the top 3 and they all have code A/S ranks in GSL.

But..I am excited that Thorzain is going to GSL....because I am big big fan...

Why would people still wall off versus toss? Void ray can get free charge on those and there's nothing you can do about it. Is it that people still naive enough to assume that toss won't go void ray 100% of the time in pvt?

More like they can't see any improvement in the team from now till the future.

Clide should leave too, he needs a better team to improve himself.

Rain leaves as he feels korean scene is too hard for him but foreigners is far easier to win something.

FD case is much different i assume. WeMadeFox team should accept such player to make them a bigger clan.

do u even know who TSL's coach is....Coach Lee, The Marine. for god sake, TSL got into semi twice, much btr than ogs...

I would doubt if TSL is not fit for them. to me its more like, TSL want to move on for more serious trainings but FD n SSKS want to relax more b4 retiring (soon).

but its just my 2 cents <3

FD not wanting to practice Starcraft II for 10+ hours a day 7 days a week for 365 days a year is considered lazy?

hoho ^^ he has no work yo...basically starcraft is his occupation. for someone paid monthly, i think they were at least required to play 8 hours per day like us working 8 hours per day. ok, im sorry if i used the wrong word but my point was maybe he was asked to play more but he wants to play more casually. maybe 5 hours per day.

I know that, but saying he is lazy is way off the mark. Even those who have a deskjob aren't nearly as committed some of the progamers whose "work" schedule will make the regular salaryman wish he had a proper job.

i know TSL frequently has meeting till 4am. as in, players and coach will discuss strat from 1am to 4am...then only the call it a day, next day they normally wakes up at 11~ for brunch.

Startale announced July 11th that FruitDealer and Tester have joined the team.

After FruitDealer and Tester left TSL, Startale showed interest in the players and after meeting with the players a few times, they've reached an agreement with TSL and the players and they have joined the team.

timing of Protoss really hard to stop even though u may know it is coming... I guess that's the reason we got more Protoss player in the world compare to other races

sometimes i feel like there are a luck element for bunker repairing. It is not like BW bcos of FF where BW Terran can just build 1 bunker and force the Protoss to play a macro game. In SC2, if Terran cant get the SCV fast enough to the front of Bunker, sentries are gonna have the last laugh

i have the same trouble defending protoss all ins........guess its the same for protoss defending terran all ins

greedy expand without bunker = die to 4 gate

game2: -
bio army with only concussive with +1 otw without shield and stim = die to 6 gate

game3: -
went for a cloak banshee rush, killed all of toss's probe but the key bunker was not repaired (scvs on hold) thus bunker fall and 3VR vs 4 naked marines...
note, there is no sentry for FF as u said...
the reason u needed bunker is because u are greedy wit ur tech or expand...

game4: -
such a big food army with chargelot archons...
EMP? kills everything lol...

TL was in heated argument yesterday because ganzi just do banshee based allin vs every toss he meet to qualify for codeA...
and those are quite reputable toss on the korean scene (especially the oGs toss pair he took down)...
if u are greedy, u die to any allin...

I like Protoss all ins more... they are more creative (hongUn shows us 3 d ). Btw, Protoss have sentry which is the best defensive unit in the game. Only the MBRT all in that sentry is not useful.
