good detox products, please advise/recommend

i'm checking on the detox program recently for liver and gallstone flush.
just share a bit here,
it is a 10-days program which we need to only eat vege, drink vineger and olive oil every day. of coz plus some nutritious powder. On the 10th day, our body will flush out the gallstone and clean our liver. This is good for those who always feel tiring. It cost rm888 which i found from a organic shop.
is time to detox our body dude!!
pls share if you got any better and more cost effective 1.
