Hello, looking for a contractor to do the following on a condo 1398sf

1. Paint interior

2. Plaster ceiling
    - remove existing cornice
    - install L box with downlights for living room area (8 downlights)

3. Break down wall to toilet and remove everything (removing toilet, 9x4)

4. Retile flooring living room area (28x16)
  - quote for 2x2 tiling OR 1x1 tiling
  - quote for tiles and without tiles

5. Install grille on windows/balconies
