Hi, friends, I have a question, the SJ33, is it good with vocal and pop songs, more specific, kpop songs. Going to get it for my gf which is not an audiophile. Thanks in advance.

I would recommend you to save up first and get a Centrance DACport. It's lightweight and easily portable which i need very much. thumbup.gif

the DAC totally > the headphones price and thats wrong in my book (again, personal opinions)

unless he only listens to a PMP, in which centrance DACport with the accompanied amp would be totally ideal, then id just stick with free ASIO and a decent sound card biggrin.gif

thanks for your advice guys, referring to Quazacolt, its seem that the price of DAC higher than my headphone.. over 1k i see according to jaben, kind expensive for me. sweat.gif

which is better, combo amp/dac or separate between both of them? i read some review at headfonia and kind attracted to Fiio E10 and E7. So between hippo cricri, Fiio E10 or E7, which one u guys recommend for me to pair with m50? thanks guys for your reply notworthy.gif

I prefer separate. About the amp and dac, can't really comment, never listen to them for a long time. smile.gif

yeah, separate will give us more control right. so at last i still don't know which one i want to buy.. currently i using hippo pipe amp but i feel that there are something missing.. my budget for amp/dac maybe in rm400..
prefer more bassy and clarity. if only my place near Jaben, so i can try maybe each one of them before buying sad.gif

Hi all, I'm currently has a quite a few years old AT-CK300M, it's still give me the signature that I need for my daily music and movie's audio, and it was too bad one of the cable (left side) near the driver unit is becoming stiff (stiffer by the day).
Sim from SCLG told me it's the copper oxidized, I haven really notice the lost of detail, haven trained my ear to those high-end driver to actually differentiate it.
Comes my question,
1. Can I change the cable of this little baby?
2. Is it worth all the trouble?
3. Can it preserve the signature that I love all this while?

Btw I'm aiming for BeyerDynamic XP3 or VSonic GR02, both these are bass oriented but I might return to this neutral CK300M sometimes for listening pleasure wink.gif

Thank you in advance for inputs. notworthy.gif notworthy.gif

Since this is audio technica thread... I would recommend ckm55

As for gr02 and xp3, i think they are from different league... Gr02 less than rm100 and xp3 rm199...
