Hi, I have been looking for a condo ard jln Ipoh. Been pop into Villa Angsana recently. Think its not bad. Any owner or agent's got unit? I am a serious buyer.

i sold angsana 4yr ago due to-
-next to duke, some block even facing d highway
-opposite angsana there is a row of selfbuilt terrace, make d road narrow
-almost zero visitor parking, ur fren come no place park coz outside also narrow road
-c carefully there is crack everywhere on d surface of d building

there r many options for that price range @jln ipoh, check out suria, rivercity, putra majestic, so on. U can googlemap villa angsana jalan ipoh then click 'search nearby' then key in condo. A list of condo will show, u can go iproperty c d price

Agree with humble_tot. I stayed there years back, parking is a big issue, and some blocks are so near and facing highway.
I think you can get better condo around that area...
