As mention in the topic title,

I'm a beginner in this 'sport' of bodybuilding. There's a bunch of protein products out there & i don't know which 1 to use.

I've just bought a dymatize elite mass & been using it for 3 weeks now.

Mostly, from this forum, most people are using myofusion....is it good? How bout dymatize? Have anyone used it b4 or currently using it?

Need advice more about this supplement....

Nice info for muscletech nitro...but the rating is 7.4 while dymatize (which is the product i'm using) is 8.6 which is higher.

Can we take the rating seriously....does it means more effective?

Are u still using the muscletech nitro? How's ur body mass growth?
