The true story of CM saga... written by... me.

After the end of last season, SAF knew very well he need a new CM to replace Scholes. But he is facing two problems: inflation price and competitors who have been following Man Utd's tail everywhere.
So he came up with a plan and discuss it with Gill.

SAF: David, I want a new CM.
Gill: Ok. Who you want to sign? We got plenty of cash from Ronaldo's sale.
SAF: I want xxxx. But I do not think it will be easy to get him. I know those dogs will follow our tail anyway. They will sneak in to hijack any transfer target we want just to jeopardize our team.
Gill: Mmm... that's true. What should we do? We still need a new CM urgently.
SAF: I have a plan. Is a tactic I learn from Sun Tzu.
Gill: Oh really???
SAF: Yeah. Here what we need to do. First, we spread rumor that we want to sign a CM like Nasri, which in actual fact we do not interested with.
Gill: Brilliant!
SAF: We drag it for long enough, to convince those dogs we actually serious of bidding Nasri. We even hint the press we are so confident to get him.
Gill: YEAH!
SAF: When those dogs are convince enough, they will come in and get him. Muahahha... then once they done deal. We only start to bid for xxxx. huhu...
Gill: Ok. But isn't Nasri is a good CM. We could sign him you know. He is cheap.
SAF: Yeah, but xxx is even better. Much much better.

Not to mention, Scholes is always the best entertainer against Liverpool.
