Can I just put the Protein Powder inside the car, car park under the sun..

Getting Started

As I always prepare all the stuff for gym with me on morning when I went for working, so I can straight away to the gym room after work.
The question is I just put the protein powder inside the car which expore by the sun, will it be a problem? (the protein keep inside the bags

better not exposed to the sun directly. later might loose nutritional content

I do believe that it is instructed in the label to store them in a cool n dry place rite?.. parked car under a hot sun... its like a sonar in there bro

Interactions/bonds between proteins begin to break above 41°C and they'll start to denature. So, it's not the wisest thing to do.

I'm sure putting it into a ziplock bag and bringing it to work isn't gonna get you fired. jokes aside, I agree with the guys above.
