As I always prepare all the stuff for gym with me on morning when I went for working,
so I can straight away to the gym room after work.

The question is I just put the protein powder inside the car which expore by the sun, will it be a problem?
(the protein keep inside the bags

IMO, no problem. Unless it is already mixed with liquid. My reason because it is dry item. So its fine...

Yup, inside the car is too hot and humid like a microwave.

Interactions/bonds between proteins begin to break above 41°C and they'll start to denature. So, it's not the wisest thing to do.
