hey, can i know how long it takes for perodua to fixed ur car?

last week i call them how is my car, then say this week will be settle

today i call again, they say only can settle next week.

wat the............

depend on how bad it is loo.. if major sure take time.. if minor i think 1 week..

u post the pic of the damage here first lar.. need see condition. if ur car very kemek, probably cant fix back.. if small dent, then few days..

not really kemek, front of the car got abit and the back bumper bad injured, just like that, now already 2 weeks

they just demand u to pay higher..

u need understand. we workshop not just doing ur car only. we still ve many cars.. need q up lar.

but i claim insurance, i call the insurance company d, they said already processed the claim, just wait for perodua side only

how bad is bad? rear screen shattered? bumper torn off? rear door got damage or not?

check with ur insurance company 1st

they have to get approval from ur insurance before fixing ur stuff

coz if they fix now and later insurance not agreed to their price then they will rugi...

btw, i just collide into someone back on sunday...

if you involve in accident, and if you have time, please make yourself presence at their premise and follow up there.

ask them what is the progress. is it still pending on insurance matter, or repair work already take place.

follow up every day and you will see they will do their job more efficient. well, may be you need to raise up your voice a little and be stern when you see poor workmanship. do not accept poor workmanship.

last time i took 5 day to repair my car .. depan belakang bumber kena kiss ..... included new front , rear bumber , spray and change many thing .....

1 day peroduo pay me rm40 for no car use some more ....

Major damage, most outside workshop take within 1 week settle, some even days, then wait for insurance approve. max 2 weeks.

perodua lazy. dunno how to fix

ya, i got ask about the RM 40/day as no car to use allowance but i called my insurance company already but they say my insurance not cover that.

i got no car now, how can i go to perodua and see how's my car status

my friend outside workshop also quite fast to settle, takes only 1 week ++, that's why i feel like so long because now already 2 weeks, and the perodua man keep on say "dalam process". i really like zzzzzzzz

call them everyday, go to workshop and see for yourself. do this until they know you on first name basis. mesti cepat siap punya.

just go to the workshop demand to see your car.

if not fix then tow to another workshop under your insurance panel

next time avoid perodua when fixing your car. perodua center is only good for servicing. as for fixing accidents, they usually OUTSOURCE to other mechanics for body works and paints.

perodua is really good in service, but not good in accident case, as they are very slowwwwww

if that car kena saman, then u claim "loss of use" from that car insurance

if ur car kena saman, then sorry, u can't claim "loss of use" from your own insurance

i am not the one who kena saman, so how i claim the " loss of use" from the person that hit my car??
