yah,.. agree wit superpc.. if u got extra budget then go for d s939 lor.. as s754 will fast b phased out... coz i saw that its mobo quite expensive though
if u wanna stick ur self to s754.. its ok...
but i think its better for u to write down d code for ur proc.. and write down d full of it.. jus to make sure .. its d stepping u really wan.. if not, later u will regret... buy d wrong one..

yup like wat davidletterboyz says, its consider high liao.. coz d max for sempron around lyn is 2.7ghz.... hope this no will increase also... 3ghz by lyn'er nearly all sempron can hit 2.4ghz... |

then u need to set ur ai booster to default vcore... btw.. there got limit to b patuhi for d fsb(at ur ai booster)... i dunno ab nf4, but mine shud maintain at 700-900fsb... hope other can giv u detail for d limit for ur nf4... edited: ur system is quite hot i can say... coz mine max onli at 40c... that means u got bad flow casing..
