Does this air cooler really help? Works on a simple concept, like a fan but using water as a cooling agent. HN sales exec showed me the functions, looks very practical and simple. Just not sure on its efficiency, and most reviews I find about this is from Australia for its heating purposes.

Anyone have this? Worth its buck?

Are you sure it is cheaper? The cooler already cheaper than the aircon. The cooler running cost already cheaper than the aircon. And it is cheapskate product that aircon no match.
